Cleveley Cottage, Liverpool, is a Grade II listed building. It was derelict and needed to be fully refurbished.
The property was extended to the side and to the rear. A new roof and new windows were fitted and the whole of the exterior stonework was repaired, treated and brought back to its original condition.
Internally all ground floors were insulated and re-screeded. All plumbing, electrics and woodwork were renewed and all walls were re-plastered. A new kitchen was installed and all bathrooms and toilets were replaced. An internal swimming pool and gym were installed.
The front of the property was paved to allow car parking and access is controlled with electronic gates. The rear of the property was landscaped.
