Impressive house renovation in Liverpool
Our client required an initial meeting to discuss the potential renovation of their tired looking semi-detached house. As there were no previous plans or designs, our architect arranged a free consultation with the client and agreed on new designs whilst explaining how planning and building regs work.
We extended the property significantly by adding a new rear extension, a new dormer loft with ensuite, and converted the old garage which was then linked to the house. We transformed the interior of the property by knocking through rooms to make the house far more spacious and lighter. The kitchen/diner extension had new bi-fold doors added, and Canadian cedar cladding to provide a contemporary feel. The cladding extended on to the old garage which then helped to tie in with the new extension.
The new dormer loft was the new master bedroom with a balcony, glass balustrade and ensuite looks absolutely stunning. We fitted all new bathrooms throughout the property, and a new kitchen with underfloor heating.
To complete the stunning renovation, we replaced all of the windows with new aluminium frames, replaced the whole roof and rendered the entire property. We re-landscaped the front and rear of the property, and added a new tiled patio area outside the extension and conversion.
We are delighted with this renovation. Our client had purchased an old semi-detached property which was in need of updating and worked closely with us to transform it into a truly spacious modern family home.
